About

Tona'e Clements

Manager Tona’e Clements, a native of Atlanta, GA, started her law enforcement career in 1984. She has served with the Marshal’s Department since 2021 in the GCIC Unit. She is also the Civilian Instructor. Before her employment with Fulton County, she was employed with multiple agencies in the Metro Atlanta Area, where she served in a supervisory capacity. Manager Clements is an expert in the GCIC Warrant Division. During her 40 - year career in law enforcement, she’s held the positions of 911 Operator, Call Center Supervisor, Customer Service Lead, Crime Scene Technician, Vehicles for Hire Officer, GCIC Supervisor, and GCIC Manager.

 

Manager Clements is/has served on the Terminal Agency Coordinator (TAC) Board for the State of Georgia in the capacity of President Elect, Board President, and Board Advisor since 2010. She is extremely active with the Agency TACs of the State and meets with them bi-monthly to discuss old and new methods in their field of expertise. She has been GCIC Certified since 1984 and has received multiple awards for being the best of the best.

Ray Dohm

My name is Ray Dohm and I am an Advisor on the TAC Board. I am the former VP for the Metro Atlanta area as a well as a former TAC President. I have been a TAC since 1997. In my ‘real job’ I am a Senior Police Communications Officer for the Lawrenceville Police Dept. I am in my 24th year at Lawrenceville PD. I a total of almost 40 years in dispatch. Outside of work, I am married and have a 19 year old son. We live in Jefferson (Jackson County.)

Thinh Ly

I am Thinh Ly, currently serving as Secretary for the GA TAC (Terminal Agency Coordinators) Association. In 2001, I began my dispatching career with the City of Kennesaw Police Department as a Communication Officer. I received my Terminal Agency Coordinator training to serve as a secondary TAC in 2007 and in 2013 was appointed primary TAC. After almost 21 years in E911 dispatch, I left Kennesaw 911 Center in the Fall of 2022. I then took on a full-time role dispatching for Gwinnett County School Police after serving with the department in a part-time capacity since 2018. I enjoy being a TAC and the networking potential within the state of Georgia.

Outside of work, I have been married for the past 20 years with three children - a middle schooler and two high schoolers. I enjoy traveling and the outdoors, especially camping.

Annie Roundtree-Bess

Annie Roundtree-Bess brings over 25 years of dedicated service to the City of McRae-Helena, where she currently serves as Chief Clerk and TAC (Technology and Communications) specialist. A proud graduate of OFTC with an Associate's Degree in Business Technology and Criminal Justice, Annie's commitment to her community and profession is unmatched.
In addition to her role with the city, Annie serves as the Vice President of Central Georgia for the TAC Association, further demonstrating her leadership and dedication to advancing the field.
Annie's passion for her work is evident in her motto: "It's not a Job, It's my Hobby." She finds fulfillment in helping and educating others in her field, a source of inspiration that fuels her dedication to criminal justice. With a positive attitude and unwavering commitment, Annie continues to make a meaningful impact in her community and beyond.

Marion Aunspaugh

I began my career at Early County Sheriff’s Department in January 2001 in the 911 mapping department. In May 2002, I became a radio operator and was certified as a terminal operator in August of the same year. In 2007, I was certified as a TAC. I was appointed Primary TAC and 9-1-1 Director in 2008, a position within the department that I still hold. I look forward to serving as Vice President Southwest.

Aubrene McLaughlin

Aubrene McLaughlin is the VP for the Northeast Region. She has been in law enforcement administration since 2020 with the Richmond County Sheriff's Office and has been the TAC for her agency since 2021. She joined the TAC association during her first GCIC Symposium in 2021 and has been an active member since. Aubrene joined the board as a VP in October 2023.

Leslie Bramer

Hi, my name is Leslie Braemer. I am the VP of the Northwest Region for the GEORGIA TAC ASSOCIATION. I have been working in law enforcement for over 25 years and with the Forsyth County Sheriff’s Office for over 14 of those years.

Bonnie Slaney

Mrs. Bonnie Slaney serves on the Executive Board and the Nominations Committee for the Georgia Association of Terminal Agency Coordinators as the advisor representative for the Georgia Crime Information Center (GCIC) CJIS Compliance Program Unit.  Mrs. Slaney is the CJIS Compliance Program Manager in the Georgia Crime Information Center (GCIC) division of the Georgia Bureau of Investigation (GBI).  She is responsible for overseeing the Compliance Unit, which is mandated to conduct performance audits of local, state, and federal criminal justice agencies that access the Georgia CJIS network.  Mrs. Slaney has over 25 years of criminal justice experience, which includes working as the Executive Assistant with the Western Judicial Circuit District Attorney’s Office and as a P.O.S.T. certified Communications Officer for the Athens-Clarke County Police Department. Mrs. Slaney began her career with the GBI as an Investigative Assistant in the Athens Regional Investigative Office, where she served as the primary Terminal Agency Coordinator.  In 2016, Slaney transferred to the CJIS Compliance Program as a Criminal Justice Compliance Specialist, and in 2023, she was promoted to the Program Manager position.  Mrs. Slaney has conducted more than 450 federal, state, and local criminal justice agency audits. She is a certified P.O.S.T. Instructor and has taught at local and state conferences, including the GCIC CJIS Training Symposium, since 2016. Mrs. Slaney lives in Hull, GA with her husband Greg.

Consuela Calhoun

Consuela Calhoun began her career with GBI in 1996 in the GCIC division working in the Firearms Program, CCH Identification Services Department and Plans & Program Development Customer Support Training Unit. She currently serves as the Criminal Justice Training Supervisor overseeing the Learning Management System (LMS) and Training Unit.
